Mike brings over 25 years of global operating and people leadership. After beginning his career in actuary consulting, he served in senior roles at Diageo, PepsiCo/Yum and most recently as Group EVP at JCPenney. He has led organizations of 150,000 employees across operations, technology and human resources. Mike joined Slome Capital as a Managing Director to lead the firm's venture investments. He serves on the boards of Catapult Health, Bypass Mobile, the Jay Baker Retail Program at Wharton, and is a global managing partner at Heidrick & Struggles.
