Amelia Genao Director of Client Success
With more than 11 years of experience in the healthcare industry, Amelia Genao specializes in executive account management, leadership, and sales support. In her current role as Director of Client Success at Dallas-based Catapult Health, Amelia plays a key role in strategic planning, development of marketing strategies, and revenue forecasting. In her frequent meetings with clients, Amelia introduces and explains Catapult’s products and services in a clear and compelling way. One of her hallmarks is conscientious, timely communication.
Before joining the Catapult team seven years ago, Amelia served as Senior Account Manager at OmniSYS, a healthcare IT company headquartered in the DFW Metroplex. At OmniSYS, Amelia and her team delivered software solutions designed to streamline communication among patients, healthcare providers, and pharmacies.
Amelia holds a bachelor’s degree from Salem State University. A citizen of the USA and the Dominican Republic, she is fluent in both English and Spanish and is conversational in Italian.
